ARRIVAL: We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you have time to unwind and enjoy our array of amenities.
TECHNOLOGY: We ask that cell phones, tablets and all other devices be silenced before entering the spa. Face-timing, pictures, or videography are not permitted in private areas (Relaxation Lounge and bathrooms/locker rooms). If you need to take a call, do not disturb other guests or talk through the halls. The Wine Lounge is a designated area to utilize electronic devices. Please respect the privacy of other guests trying to relax.
WET ROOM: We do have a CO-ED Jacuzzi and sauna in our facility. We ask that all guests bring and wear their swimsuits if they would like to partake in these amenities. NUDITY IS PROHIBITED IN THE WET ROOM. Thank you for understanding.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS: All prices and services are subject to change without notice. Gratuity is not included in the price. An automatic 20% service charge will be added to your final bill. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. The physical form of payment is also required at check out. We do not accept cash payments.
CANCELLATION: A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. No shows will be charged 100% of the reservation. Late arrival will results in a shortened treatment time.
REFUNDS AND GIFT CARDS: We do not refund experiences, services, or gift cards. The guest has 1 year from the purchase date to use the gift card or voucher.
VALUABLES: Escape Spa accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewelry at any time on the spa premises. To avoid the loss of personal belongings, we ask that all such items be left at home. We do have a lost and found and will contact you if we do find a lost item.
HEALTH: Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies, pregnancies or injuries, which could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation.
SHOP: Allow your experience with us to last far beyond your visit by purchasing exclusive body and skin care products from our beautiful Self Care Lounge.
MINIMUM AGE: We welcome all guests over the age of 18 to enjoy spa treatments in our beautiful facilities, as well as the use of our facilities. Guests under the age of 18, an adult will need to be present with the minor throughout their experience. The minimum age allowed for a service is 16.
